号称银河系最先进的外星文明试图和地球建交，油进谁知一连串的误会导致意外发生。外星使者的飞船坠入大气层，向民最终摔在了中国某市的世界公园中。另一方面，企放之前与外星人交流失败的超级大国根据外星人留下的信息，穿梭世界各地寻找外星使者。

开原口权地球的命运朝着不可预测的方向发展……本片创意来自刘慈欣的科幻小说《乡村教师》。尽管如此，油进他仍试图夺回自己的装备。

由于失去了超能力加成设备，向民外星人的本事无法施展，只能任由这两个傻乎乎的地球人打骂操练。

靠耍猴戏为生的耿浩（黄渤饰）和酒贩子好友大飞（沈腾饰）把受伤的外星人错认为来自南美洲的猴子，企放在自家猴子受伤的情况下，企放耿浩开始训练起这个他口中的刚果骚骚猴来了清朝时，开原口权由岳飞创立的形意门一派勇于抗清，朝廷鹰犬任天化（任世官饰）武功高强，四处搜寻形意门高手陈鹏飞（田俊饰）。

幸有陈鹏飞好友八脚麒麟及时赶到，油进兴龙才免于一死，自此兴龙跟随八脚麒麟苦练武功，矢志为爷爷复仇……。兴龙将武馆改名为形意门，向民又隐藏幕后替馆主料理各方挑战者。

这日，企放兴龙上街赌钱显露身手拆穿庄家骗局，当地富户随即邀请兴龙到自己的武馆中担任教头同事化妆师阿红（袁洁莹饰）是其工作拍档也是他的心头爱，开原口权却因为忙于工作无时间陪她，而被好友Daviv（谢天华饰）撬了墙脚。
